My parents been supporting A to Z for years, they’re elderly, they have been taking advantage of them for years , price gouging not by a little bit there charging them more than dealership, and they always have to take there cars back for same thing , beware of this shop , very dishonest with the elderly and women, every time my parents go up there everything seems to start at $600 , BEWARE!!

I Went to a-z around 12pm today after spending 2k at the Kia dealership and them not fixing the issue. I dropped of my car and within an hour they had a price and diagnostic for my car . I returned to pay for my parts and labor and by 3:30 pm I was getting a call to pick up my car and she’s riding like butter! So thankful for those guys they had great customer service as well

Bad business practice price gouging went on for a patch to be fair I didn't ask the price but again I know the average price for a patch even accounting on a higher price . Long story came back at 20 and tried to talk crazy when questioned about why so high? Straight bum work practice

Best place to take your car too. The dealership was going to charge $4500 and A to Z helped me fix my car and save a lot of money. Highly recommend.

I went to get wheels repaired got a good word from them. Supposedly hood welders. I tried to give them a shot. Told them repeatedly not to lay wheels on top of each other. Instead they dropped my wheel on the face( chrome lips.) and I asked him if this was the final product he said yes. I asked him to grind it down and he walked off to take a phone call never came back. Never again, highly don’t recommend with quality wheels.
